How do I protect a backup?
Create a password-protected backup in Settings, choose a destination you control, and keep its password separately. Vitastow cannot recover it.
What should I know before restoring?
Restore imports records from a compatible authenticated Vitastow backup. Keep a separate copy of current data before replacing it.
Why did a reminder not arrive?
Delivery depends on notification permission, battery settings, time zone and operating-system scheduling. Never rely on a reminder for an emergency or critical medical decision.
How do purchases work?
Apple or Google shows prices, billing periods, eligibility, renewal and cancellation terms before purchase. Use Restore Purchases after reinstalling.
How do I delete my data?
Delete individual records or all local app data inside Vitastow. Copies previously exported must be deleted separately from their destination.
